ID 2454: This picture is actually taken at Bulcamp Lock so it seems it is the only photo we have of a wherry on the Blyth Navigation. According to Black Sailed Traders Fred G Lambert was still working the Blyth with a wherry called The Star in the early 1900s. He repaired Bulcamp Lock and "took the Star through Blyford Bridge right up to Wenhaston". He finally gave up in 1911.
